Experimenting at Park of Roses

Every once in a while,

I like to change things up, you never want to get too comfortable with where you are at, right? At least when it comes to my job, I am always trying to do something new, something different, and get better at the things that I don't feel are as strong as others. Having that said, I have been thinking about undesirable lighting situations lately (Bright sun, dappled light from trees, odd color reflections, and the dreaded not enough light) This all led me to giving in and buying a reflector....just in case I am in a tight situation.

So glad we had the reflector for these cause the sun was going down real fast!  I will post more about tips on how to use a reflector once I get more practice :) P.S. whipping out a coiled up reflector is extremely satisfying..in case anyone else is as nerdy as me about camera equipment...

My awesome photog friend, Cameron came with us..note, reflectors and glasses don't mix that well...
